What We Cover
Damaged or Defective Items
The company will replace your artwork at no cost or give you a complete refund when your order arrives with damage or printing mistakes or defects. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
To report a damaged item:
- You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order
- Describe the problem in full detail
- Show all damage and defects through multiple clear photographs
- Your claim will be reviewed by us and we will send you a replacement product without any additional charges.
Lost Packages
The company will assist you in finding a solution when tracking information shows no updates for a long time or when your package goes missing during delivery. The claim period for lost packages ends after 30 days from the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The fulfillment center will keep your package for 30 days without charging you any fees when your order gets sent back because of wrong or missing or invalid delivery information. During this time, please contact us to confirm your correct address.The shipment will need to be sent again which might result in additional delivery costs.
What We Don’t Cover
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customers who simply change their mind about their purchase.The unique nature of each artwork prevents us from reselling any returned products.
Wrong Size Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that customers have selected the wrong size. We encourage customers to carefully review size charts before placing orders.
Items Marked as Delivered
The tracking system shows your package has been delivered but if you cannot find it then you should ask your neighbors and visit the post office in your area. The company does not offer replacement products for orders that show delivery confirmation from the carrier.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
The return process operates with a simple system. The following steps will help you solve your problem quickly:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at email@paintingslab.com with:
• Your order number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Clear photos (for damaged/defective items) - Wait for our response – we’ll review your claim and provide next steps
Processing Time
The processing of replacement orders begins within 2-3 business days after we accept your claim. You will get tracking details when your replacement product leaves the warehouse.

- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Photographic evidence will serve as proof for damage claims
- Custom artwork cannot be returned unless damaged or defective
